Once you place an order, our artists begin working on your custom artwork based on the photo(s) you provide. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations after an order has been submitted.
We want you to absolutely love your artwork. That’s why we provide a design approval step before your portrait is printed and shipped. You will receive a preview of your artwork to review, and you may request adjustments if needed. Your order will not be printed until you approve the final design.
If your physical print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace it at no cost.
